For the past couple of years I've been all about the fringed bikini top trend. It's faded a little bit recently since I never wanted to spend $100+ on a swimsuit top + also because the trend was getting a little rampant. Well, now I'm totally eating my words because I found a pretty awesome
$14 option from Target that I just couldn't pass up. It's not the best for sunbathing, but it will be perfect bachelor/bachelorette catamaran party.
