Laugh all you want, but I'm serious about this one. Hula hooping is not only fun, but after doing some research, it also provides loads of health benefits. Hooping for an hour can burn over 400 calories & helps to tone your core muscles (which we could all use a little help with). Plus, how easy is it to just turn on the tv or put on some music & just zone out for awhile while you hula hoop the night away. I'll let you know the final verdict in a month or so, but I'm pretty excited about this one.
