Were able to catch The Chemical Brothers at Union Park this past Labor Day weekend? That show was a huge "cross it off the list" for me. Also great at that show, their opener: Pretty Lights (back in town at the Congress on - you guessed it - New Year's Eve!)

ReplyDeleteChemical Brothers were amazing. Possibly my favorite from the festival & that's really saying a lot. Going into the weekend I was probably most excited for Pretty Lights, but unfortunately I missed a few songs because of the long will-call line & then once I got in it took a while to find some friends so I couldn't really enjoy them as much as I wanted. I'm still trying to decide if I want to see them on NYE or the night before.
Great post, by the way! I've ended up at a few concerts alone before & totally agree with you. I can't imagine being alone at Chemical Brothers/North Coast though!
Ha! A lot of us heard too much of Pretty Lights' set while in the Will Call line. I've been YouTube stalking them ever since.
